La Roue Collective is an online boutique specializing in carefully curated pre-owned luxury items. All items offered on our website are selected based on authenticity, condition, and quality.
2. Authenticity
Your trust is our highest priority. All items offered by La Roue Collective undergo a thorough authentication process based on our expertise, research, and, where necessary, third-party verification.
We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold. We will never knowingly offer any item whose authenticity is in doubt.
La Roue Collective is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with any of the brands offered for sale. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

3. Condition and product representation
All items sold by La Roue Collective are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with normal use.
We strive to describe and photograph each item as accurately and transparently as possible. Minor differences in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Natural signs of wear are not considered defects.
4. Information
We reserve the right to amend any information on our website, including but not limited to product descriptions, prices, technical specifications, availability, and purchasing terms, at any time and without prior notice.
5. Errors, Inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
6. Retention of title
All products remain the property of La Roue Collective until full payment, including shipping costs and any applicable fees, has been received.
Ownership transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
7. Prices, Payments and VAT
All prices stated on our website are listed in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.
La Roue Collective operates under the Dutch margin scheme (marge-regeling) for second-hand goods. In accordance with this scheme, VAT is not specified separately on invoices.
Payment must be completed before shipment. We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
If payment is not successfully completed, the order may be cancelled.
8. Customs duties, taxes and other fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
If a shipment is refused, any return shipping costs, duties, and related charges may be deducted from the refund.
9. Shipping policy
La Roue Collective offers worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands and are fully insured during transit.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier, and customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon confirmed delivery and signature receipt, where applicable.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
10. Returns and cancellations
Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Limitation of liability
La Roue Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

La Roue Collective shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, war, or pandemics.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and branding, is the property of La Roue Collective or its licensors.
