Return Policy

At La Roue Collective, every piece is thoughtfully sourced and carefully selected. We hope you feel the same excitement receiving your order as we did discovering it. If for any reason your purchase is not quite what you expected, we are here to assist you and ensure the process is handled with care.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email info@larouecollective.com and include your order number in the subject line together with a short note regarding your request.

Once your return has been registered, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn and undamaged
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Include original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and any accessories

As each piece is carefully curated, all returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

Return Shipment

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or does not correspond to its description.

We kindly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. The item remains your responsibility until it has safely reached us. La Roue Collective cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to purchase another piece, we invite you to return your item and place a new order through our website.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@larouecollective.com.

Cancellations are possible prior to dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, the return conditions outlined above apply.
