AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION

How can I be sure an item is authentic?

Authenticity is the foundation of La Roue Collective. Every piece undergoes a thorough authentication process before being offered for sale. We rely on expertise, detailed inspection, and extensive research, consulting trusted third-party specialists if necessary.

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

What does condition grading mean?

All items are graded on a scale from 1 to 5 to reflect their condition. Each product listing includes detailed photographs, a written description, and a condition grade to provide a complete and transparent overview.

Do you guarantee the condition of your items?

Yes. Each piece is carefully inspected and described with accuracy. As our collection consists of pre-owned luxury items, minor signs of wear may be present. Any notable imperfections are clearly disclosed and photographed.

If an item arrives and does not correspond to its description, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the matter promptly.

ITEMS, AVAILABILITY & SOURCING

Can I request a specific bag or be notified if an item becomes available?

As each piece at La Roue Collective is pre-owned and often unique, sold-out items are rarely restocked. However, similar pieces may become available over time.

If you are searching for a specific model, colour, or condition, you are warmly invited to submit a request through our contact form.

In the form, you may include:

• Brand
• Model
• Size
• Colour
• Preferred condition
• Budget range (optional)
• Reference photo (optional)

We carefully review each request and will contact you if we are able to source a suitable piece or notify you when a similar item becomes available.

Due to the nature of the pre-owned market, sourcing cannot be guaranteed, but we are always transparent about availability and expectations.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa & Mastercard. 

In which currency will I be charged?

All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). If your account is in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer insured worldwide shipping from the Netherlands.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Is shipping insured?

Yes. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email info@larouecollective.com with your order number and return request. We will provide further instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another piece, please return your original order and place a new one.

Do you have a physical store?

La Roue Collective currently operates exclusively online.

Can I reserve an item?

Due to the unique nature of our collection, items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
